At Matthai Material Handling we are committed to work with all our manufacturers to ensure that the warranties provided for everything we sell is honored in full, based on the conditions described in each manufacturers warranty certificate. Our team is expert in presenting and processing each situation that may occur to our manufacturers for warranty coverage.

Our technicians are trained to perform work on your material handling equipment. We are specifically dedicated to serve your maintenance and service needs at an exceptional level and to exceed your expectations. We explicitly stand behind the quality and workmanship of our service repairs. All repairs are covered by a minimum 90 day parts and labor warranty.

Our industrial parts supplier / partners are carefully selected based on quality and integrity. Our business started with sourcing and distribution of industrial parts. We know the business and only sell high quality material handling parts. We stand by the parts that we sell by extending to our customers the parts warranty provided by each supplier. This warranty will be the maximum of the supplier's warranty or 30 days, which ever is greater. If our service group installs the part, the warranty for each part is at minimum, 90 days from date of installation.
